How to use it
- Enter the appointment time and its source zone.
- Choose the destination zone.
- Convert; if the source time repeats, choose the earlier or later occurrence.
Convert an appointment with its date
- Input
- 2026-10-17 12:00; Asia/Baghdad → UTC
- Result
- 2026-10-17 09:00 UTC
The date matters because many zones change their UTC offset during the year. A repeated daylight-saving time can have two possible instants; choose the earlier or later occurrence when the tool asks. Zone rules come from your browser’s time-zone data.
Useful situations
- Plan a meeting between Baghdad and another city.
- Check a dated event across a daylight-saving change.
Limits and supported formats
Uses your browser’s time-zone database, not a live government feed. A skipped daylight-saving time is rejected. Recent legal changes may require a browser update.

Questions about this tool
Why can the same local time occur twice?
When clocks move back, a local hour repeats. Both instants are possible; the occurrence option removes that ambiguity.
